Write Your Prayer Requests

Write Your Prayer Requests

Writing or typing your Prayer Requests is a Powerful way to communicate with God.

There are many ways to pray. This blog is to show the impact of also keeping track of your requests by writing them down.

My favorite way is to type out prayers to God. Once I observed that I see more results when I type/write out prayers, this became my primary way. It is a way to follow Habakkuk 2:2-3…Write the Vision…

“Emailed prayers” has blessed my life because for one I can pull out my phone and begin typing anytime. It timestamps when I pray and I can search and track when the prayer was answered.

Some may feel they have to type long paragraphs, but be encouraged and know that God sees short bullet points or lists too. And by the way, God hears our prayers whether they are short or long, inward, verbal, or written etc.

***Also, keep in mind that truly living right and repenting helps your prayers to be effective… James 5:16 KJV says “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” John 9:31 KJV says, “Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.” These verses help us to see that our prayers have more power when we do our best to live Holy and please God in our actions.

Electronic Prayers is different from a journal because sometimes we may not flip back through journals from years ago, but email or notes on our phone/computer can allow us to search for our prayer requests easier.

God is so powerful. Not only does He hear what you say in the atmosphere, but He reads what you write because He is omnipresent and all knowing. He hears your inner thoughts even before you write or speak it out. So yes, He hears your inward prayers too.

What happens if you’re in a place, where you can’t share personal details of your prayer out loud to God? This blog is to show you that you can even write or type it out. You can be a Prayer Writer Warrior.

Communicate with God in the style that works best for you. But when you can, write your requests too. And remember you can tell God any thing. He wants you to share whatever is on your heart. Build a consistent, relationship of communicating with the Lord. You will see results and you will invite His Blessings in your life.

God Bless. www.courageousinspirations.com
